If you’re a DAO, Kleros can work with you on the following use-cases

Decentralise your DAO’s governance process by executing on-chain proposals in a trust-less manner using Kleros SafeSnap.
<aside> ⚖️ The module allows on-chain execution based on the outcome of events reported by the Reality.eth oracle. It is framework agnostic and can enable proposal execution from just about anywhere e.g., executing Safe transactions according to Snapshot proposals. Secure it by selecting Kleros in the arbitrator field.

Resolve disputes within your DAO in a quick and cost-effective manner using Kleros Court.
<aside> ⚖️ Escalate your dispute to a Kleros Court, providing arbitration for the type of subjective conflicts that smart contracts do not address. Combining crypto-economic incentives and game theory, a set of jurors is randomly drawn for each dispute and tasked with voting to ensure a given verdict.

Build trust within your DAO by verifying certain members through Proof of Humanity. Combine it with Sismo and/or Guild.xyz to issue zK Badges and human-only gated channels i.e., token-enabled membership.
<aside> ⚖️ Proof of Humanity combines social verification with video submission in order to create a sybil-proof list of humans. It provides an entry-point for new use cases that require users to prove they are real humans and not duplicate/fake/bot accounts.

Ensure fair and transparent moderation in your DAO’s social channels using Kleros Moderate.
<aside> ⚖️ Communities are only getting bigger, and managing them is hard. Being able to deal with problematic behaviour in a quick and transparent way is vital in maintaining a healthy environment for your DAO.

Protect your members from scam addresses and tokens using Kleros Curate.
<aside> ⚖️ By submitting your DAO’s token(s) and smart contract addresses to a decentralised token curated registry, you provide your members with a transparent way to check whether what they are interacting with is trustworthy.

A Decentralised Supreme Court for the Internet.
<aside> ⚖️ As a larger part of our social interactions move to DAOs, there needs to be a way to make sure that community decisions do not violate the social contract; the main principles that bind the community together in the first place.

The process to integrate Kleros’ dispute resolution is as follows - firstly determine the conditions for escalation and enforcement, then work with us to write a good 'Dispute Policy’ and determine the Court parameters. Integrate with the Court choosing between a trust-less smart contract integration or a standalone ’Recognition-of-Jurisdiction’ (RoJ) integration. Finally, communicate all the above to your users to ensure a smooth transition and reduce potential confusion when disputes eventually arise.

Kleros Curate can be used to create open registries of just about anything. Each curated registry has a unique acceptance policy and field set for each entry onto the list. You can use one of the ready-made registries if it fits your needs or feel free to create your own list from scratch. Existing registries can be found on the Curate app.
